During summer days due to excessive sweating leg cramp/pain used to happen…due to loss of body salt…. drinking lemon water with salt also help in relieving leg cramp.
First of all get an empty vessel & put one mug of water say 2litres of water & add two spoonful of salt. Now boil the water & mix the salt with a spoon until it dissolve into the water. Don’t over boil the water. Test the temperature of the water with your finger & pour the hot salt water into another bowl to dip your cramp legs for relief. PLEASE CHECK THE TEMPERATURE OF THE WATER BEFORE DIPPING YOUR LEGS. Repeat it for one to two weeks for complete relief from leg cramp or pain. If the pain in your legs does not seem to decrease within one week of daily use then consult your doctor. Also get a new good branded shoe for your feet..don’t wear your old shoes.. which may worsen your leg pain.
