Menopause and its many symptoms can cause great discomfort in a woman’s life. This practice can help ease the symptoms of anxiety, irritability, insomnia, fatigue, depression, mood swings, and memory issues by soothing the nervous system.

No, it’s not a cure-all, but moving the body is a great way to release stress…period.

This practice starts off with some calming Ujjayi (ocean) breath and moves into an intentionally slower practice so you have the time to find the pose and really feel what’s happening. Allowing for an opportunity to experience your body, your breath, and your energy.
